How to return

Log in with login and password

Click on the icon at the top and choose "RETURNS"

Add a new return request

Click on the red button "enter Request"

Enter the order code

Inserisci nel campo "cerca un ordine" il codice ordine.

Select the products to exchange or return

Enter the order code in the "search for an order" field.

Cost and Methods

The customer can choose the return shipping method:

Returned via SDA

Returned by the SDA courier with our reservation, cost € 15.00

Returned by courier of your choice

Returned by a courier chosen by the customer (at his expense)

Once we have received the return for order change we will proceed with the return of the product at a cost of € 9.00.

The above prices are valid only for shipments in Italy, for foreign shipments the costs are applied according to the shipping area (see table of countries).
